Is there any plan from governance to help holder on multiYFI on FTM ?

There is 148 YFI on FTM (which are lost)

I don’t think there are any plans regarding any tokens on Fantom, especially while the Fantom Foundation is still pursuing actions to try and recover assets. You are free to write up a proposal, though.
