gratitude x2 power up

Very good idea! Much love to all our Chinese friends
Support stablecoin HUSD would be a way.
Since HUSD has more users in Asia Pacific region, it will be benifit for YFI’s global diversity.
然后呢?这帖讨论这么多,然后无果?
哪位研究得比较多些,有更多yfi社区参与经验的人,跳出来组群啊😀
I definitely would like to see YFI tap into the Chinese market. If anyone can translate and market in native Chinese that would lead to insane growth.
This is definitely and important thing to do. The question is, how urgent is it?
There are preparations that might need to be done first. For example this one, and generally community governance related stuff.
My worry is we get a flood of new users with their own expectation and demands, that we won’t be able to keep up with (in terms of answering, clarifying, and providing clear materials to).
What a stupid ass here! U know nothing about China, everything is changing now. So please take back your stereotype. Thanks all your family.
Actually Korea market is a good idea.
I did say quite clearly that I was simply relaying the view of a Chinese person (Dovey Wan) who grew up in China. I don’t know myself, growing up in America.
YFii seems to be functioning fine at this point, so it seems her views may have been wrong.
The important part is that YFI needs to get into China regardless of whether people like top-down or bottoms-up governance. Maybe they don’t have enough experience with decentralized authority and need something like YFI to ee all of the benefits that it affords.
With the upcoming release of V2, we need to focus on adding other massive communities (India, China, Korea…) to push even further.
I have been trying to raise awareness of the fact that we are very Anglo-centric. There is LOTS of capital outside of English-speaking countries and that is where our attention should be focused. However, this has not caught much traction.
I would say the biggest issue is that we are having enough trouble creating enough docs, tutorials, etc in English, much less in other language. This is a decentralized, community-based effort, so if people from other countries/languages/cultures create their own information about it then it will grow organically. I don’t think Yearn is at a place where it can really “market” itself to other countries though yet.
why not? Yearn is one of the leading projects in defi and also a good access to learn to understand defi. Full support
