KPIs for retention package recipients

Although I am new here I have had a look at the retention package details and have an issue.

I support the retention of top level talent and i support the payments, however with the size of these packages I hoped there would be more publicly available information on the KPIs for the recipients. I hope I’m not missing any forum posts where this is laid out but if not I believe this is a reasonable request considering the size of the payouts.
