Earn interest rate vs dashboard interest rate

Hi,

Could some help out and explain the interest rates on here. When looking at the earn page for TUSD is says the interest rate is 28%, however once invested it shows on the dashboard page that its weekly growth is only 0.53%? Could someone please clarify what is happening here.

0.53% per week * 52 weeks = about 28% annually.
