Be like Amazon....Or think Like Bezos?

I recently heard a 2005 talk by Jeff Bezos on keeping experimentation costs low and allowing experiments to be conducted within the enterprise by allowing optionality and keeping a metric on how customers preferred those optionality’s. DeFi’s framework inherently empowers the individual and this is an inherent benefit to improved customer service. That being said; having an opportunity to experiment and experimenting often is a huge key to success!
