I’m exploring an AI-assisted support and onboarding layer designed specifically for DeFi protocols with complex user flows and vault mechanics.
The goal isn’t to replace community or contributor support, but to reduce repetitive user questions around deposits, withdrawals, vault behavior, and strategy understanding by providing documentation-aligned guidance in a scalable way.
Yearn’s depth and strategy diversity make onboarding especially challenging for newer users, and I believe an AI-guided support layer could help improve clarity while reducing repetitive support overhead for contributors.
I’d appreciate feedback from the community on whether this type of tooling could be useful within the Yearn ecosystem, and if so, who would be the right contributors to discuss this further with.
