Motivation
Currently, tracking Yearn’s funded initiatives is fragmented, with updates scattered across governance forums, Discord, GitHub, and informal comms. This lack of centralization reduces the community’s ability to monitor outcomes effectively, assess contributor performance, and respond proactively to risks or delays.
Rationale
To address this, we propose building a Project Progress Tracker with the following features tailored to Yearn’s decentralized governance model and community-driven structure:
- Milestone Tracking: Dedicated pages for each project showing key milestones, progress bars, percentages, and real-time completion status.
- Real-time Updates: Continuous tracking of project activity to reflect up-to-date progress across all workstreams.
