Tax Intelligence Department had issued letters seeking information from Yearn Finance who are engaged in supplying Online Information and Database Access or Retrieval (OIDAR) services to India. Despite the letter and reminder letters, no reply has been received from the yearn finance team till date.
Mr. Andre Cronje, one of the coder of the Yearn Finance was contacted wherein he stated that he was just the coder and is not associated with it since 2021.
Please provide the details of the legal team or any representative from India or abroad who can comply on the behalf of Yearn Finance.
