This is something that I have been feeling myself and have started to see others bring this topic up as well. I like the idea of having a sovereign stablecoin in crypto independent of any nation state, Ampleforth and Yam are interesting ideas, however many have said Ampleforth is not decentralized (yet?) and would people take Yam seriously as a currency?
Thoughts?
