So some feedback.

Not sure if completed proposal threads need to be locked right away. It might be better to lock after 3 or 7 days after the last replay. It makes sense to possibly have some post-mortem discussion after voting has finished for a proposal. Threads don’t need to be locked right away.

I concur. I don’t know why we’d need to end discussion immediately after a vote closes.

Sure, if you think it is necessary, I can keep them running for a couple of days, e.g. 3 days after last reply.
