Overview

Adjust c (Emission Scaling) of dYFI to 36

Motivation:

YFI token pricing has stagnated for some time, with low veYFI adoption and lackluster interest in the YFI ecosystem.

I propose tripling the dYfi emission rate to boost yield, dramatically incentivize YFI locking into veYFI and increasing Yearn’s TVL

Specification:

Despite this snapshot successfully passed with a comfortable majority of 69.29%, 2 months after this parameter change has not yet been implement by the yTeam, who remain silent on this matter.
On behalf of veYFI holders who voted for this proposal, yTeam is being requested to update parameter ‘c’ from 12 to 36
