Yes, we should definitely start on the next IMO. The more AUM the protocol can gather now, the better we will be in the future and the larger moat we will have against competitors.

hmm , the volume can be increase with other dex , sushi 1inch bal , comp , mkr ect.

Also the utilization rate can be increase (i m working on it).
