I’m curious about this proposal. This one seemed to fly under my radar because it was never created as a YIP or put up for an on chain vote. I get that this was expedited due to high gas fees earlier in the week, but was not aware it was implemented. I thought the signaling page was just a replacement for the forum polls? Just trying to understand the governance process here, not debating the proposal in question.
