# Documentation/tutorial on Governance

There needs to be a lot more documentation and clarity on Governance.
For instance, it is not clear to me how long proposals are active for voting, or when they go into effect.
It is not clear how Proposals are created, how they are implemented, and what is technically able to be changed(what parameters can be modified)
This should be documented in the wiki but also on this forum, and then pinned.
